Our Story
It all started with a simple question: 'Is there a better way to do this?'
Petlumo wasn’t born in a boardroom; it was born in a living room, usually with a couple of dogs napping at our feet and a very curious rabbit nibbling on the rug. Like you, we’re just a team of pet parents who were tired of seeing the same low-quality gear that didn't actually help.
We spent months testing, tweaking, and talking to local trainers and vets. We wanted tools that were smart, humane, and actually made life easier—whether that was a gentle way to stop the 'mailman barking' or finding a toy that a hamster wouldn't destroy in five minutes.
​We eventually outgrew that spare room, but our mission hasn't changed. At Petlumo, we don’t just ‘sell stuff.’ We only stock things we’d be happy to use with our own furry (or scaly!) family members.
We’re a small, independent UK team, which means when you message us, you’re talking to a real human who probably has a pet sleeping under their desk right now. We’re here to help you and your best friend live your happiest, calmest life together.
